1. I would like to see a sample of your 10mm Pets Lock release buckle item #PH374. Can you send me a sample? Thank you.

Unfortunately, our company policy does not allow us to send out any items without receiving an order with payment. I wonder if you can place an order via our online store for the samples and pay by credit card, money order or cashiers check. Our warehouse people need to receive an order to send out any item. No minimum order required.

2. We are interested in finding out if you ship to Canada? What zip code do I enter to find the shipping charge on the shopping cart?

We ship orders all over the world. You may select 10-15 days registered international airmail or 4-8 days EMS (or FedEx) shipping methods. We accept credit card, PayPal and wire transfer. Please enter 91108 as your zip code to find the shipping charge if the shipment is going outside of the USA.

3. If you ship worldwide and accept payment by either Visa or MasterCard?

Yes, we ship worldwide and accept credit card from many countries. However, we do not accept credit card from Africa and Indonesia.

4. I am interested in making a kayak storage system with the polypro webbing and plastic buckles. If I purchase the 1 1/2" buckles, will they accept the 1 1/2" webbing, or would I have to purchase the 1 1/4" webbing?

Buckle size means webbing size. So if you purchase 1 1/2" buckles, you will need to purchase the webbings in 1 1/2".

5. I am interested in ordering some grommet/ curtain grommets, but I did not see a setting tool specifically for those. Is there one? And how much are they? If you could let me know that would be great.

You will need to purchase one set of grommet punch die and one set of hole cutter die to punch grommets or curtain grommets by hand press machine.

6. I am about to order a 10 foot length of 1/4" black elastic shock cord. I am not clear if this can be obtained in a single length, or if it can only be obtained in 10 separate one foot lengths. Can you advise ?

It comes in a single 10 feet length. ( If you specify in your order, we will ship out in 10 separate one foot lengths). Please refer to our website to place an order.

7. Hi I was wondering if you could tell me if I order 100 of your polypro strap webbing 1 foot 1" will I receive 100 1 foot pieces or 1- 100' roll?

The packaging is 100 feet per roll. We will send out one roll of 100 feet of webbing upon receiving your order.

8. How much do you charge for shipping to the continental US? More specifically, Idaho.

It depends on the products and the quantities that you order. You can estimate the shipping charge by typing your zip code in the shopping cart.

9. I would need 2,450 feet of the 3/32" black elastic cord. I would like to know if you can cut this cord to 2,100 pieces 14" long each and then put 4 cords to a bundle for a total of 525 bundles of elastic cord.

We can custom pack any order for shock cord, nylon cord or webbing as long as it is above our minimum quantity.

10. Do your capped and open ringed prong snaps come in colors?

We carry snaps in colors. We will request you to purchase a minimum quantity if we run out of stock of your requested color snaps.

11. I am an individual looking for 50 plastic snap hook item # P005. The clip needs to be 2" in length. What is the total cost including shipping?

You will be able to see the discount price and shipping charge by zip code on the shopping cart once you have completed your order.

12. I need a question answered quickly: On the strap webbing, what is used to cut this and will it fray? Does it have to be heat melted after it is cut?

Our strap webbing is cut and heat melted by machine . It will fray after cutting unless it has been heat melted.

13. Just found your site online and am interested in buying cord locks. Would like cord locks with custom imprint of company logo. Does your company have that ability? If so, what is the cost?

Yes, we can custom inprint your company logo on cord locks with minimum quantity of 5000 pieces. Please send us the article number and shipping address. We will confirm as soon as we receive your request. We are able to imprint logos on most cord locks, but some cord lock materials cannot take imprints.

14. Our department ordered plastic buckles. The buckles will not meet our needs and I would like to return them, could you please advise me how you would like that done? Thank you for your assistance.

Please refer to our website for our return policy. If you return to our US office, you will receive a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping charge and 20% restocking fee. If you return the package to our Taiwan factory by airmail, we will not charge 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited within 15 days after the return is received.

15. I made a mistake when choosing payment method .. Would prefer to pay via PayPal. Who would I send the payment to?

16.  I'm interested in buying some zipper pulls. Are p139c, p610c, p611c and p786c already assembled with the 1/8 cord? Can they be taken apart so the cord can be inserted through a zipper hole? Any suggestions?

Yes, they can be taken apart so the cord can be inserted through a zipper hole. You will see the product option "Assembled Yes or No" during the process of placing an order. Please select "Assembled No".
